Ingredients

For the Salmon Bites

  • 1 lb Fresh Salmon Skinless, bite-sized cubes
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil For spraying

For the Bang Bang Sauce

  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha Adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Honey Optional
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice

For the Bowl Assembly

  • 2 cups Cooked Jasmine Rice Or Cauliflower Rice
  • 2 cups Shredded Purple Cabbage
  • 1 large Avocado Sliced
  • 1 cup Shredded Carrots
  • Green Onions For garnish
  • Fresh Cilantro For garnish
  • Sesame Seeds For garnish

Instructions

Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat Oven/Air Fryer to 400°F (200°C) or 390°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, toss cubed salmon with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Press seasoned salmon pieces into panko breadcrumbs until fully coated and spray with olive oil.
  • Cook salmon bites in the oven or air fryer for about 12 minutes, until crispy and golden brown.
  • Whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, and optional honey to make Bang Bang sauce.
  • Assemble bowls by layering jasmine rice, shredded cabbage, avocado, carrots, and crispy salmon bites. Drizzle with Bang Bang sauce.

Notes

For extra flavor, garnish with fresh cilantro, green onions, and sesame seeds.
