How to Make Cotton Ball Sensory Dough

  • Tear the cotton balls into small fluffy pieces.

  • Gradually sprinkle in ½ cup of cornstarch, mixing continuously.
  • If desired, add a few drops of food coloring and knead until blended.
  • Optionally, add fine glitter and knead again.
