How to Make Verrines Avocat Crevettes

  • Start by rinsing your cooked shrimp. If using raw shrimp, boil water, add a bay leaf, cook shrimp for 2 minutes, cool in ice water, and chop into medium pieces. Marinate with shallots, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Cut avocados in half, remove pits, scoop into a bowl, sprinkle with lime juice, mash with a fork, then mix in crème fraîche, salt, pepper, and Espelette pepper.
