  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ½ cup Cheese grated, Parmesan or cheddar
  • 1 teaspoon Harissa optional
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Herbs basil or chives, optional

Instructions

How to Make Mini Cakes

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Whisk the eggs in a large bowl until frothy.
  • Gradually stir in the flour until well combined.
  • Combine the olive oil and milk, then add the baking powder.
  • Fold in the canned tuna, grated cheese, and sliced olives gently.
  • Pour the mixture into mini muffin molds, filling two-thirds full.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  • Cool slightly in the pan before removing.
