How to Make Tartinade Radis Légère

  • Wash, dry, and trim the radishes. Pulse them in a mixer until finely chopped, then drain any excess water.
  • Peel the garlic and finely chop it.
  • In a mixing bowl, stir together the cold Greek yogurt, chopped radishes, minced garlic, fresh chives, olive oil, salt, and pepper until nicely mixed.
