  • 1 medium Yellow Bell Pepper cut into star shapes for decoration
  • 1 cup Fresh Basil adds aroma and color
  • 2 sprigs Rosemary Sprigs optional for decoration

Instructions

How to Make Christmas Tree Pizza

  • Bring your pizza dough to room temperature for easy shaping. Roll it out into a 12x16 inch rectangle, then carve a triangle shape with a small rectangular trunk to form the tree.
  • Carefully transfer the shaped dough to a greased baking sheet dusted with cornmeal. Pre-bake the crust at 450°F for 8-10 minutes until it firms up slightly.
  • Evenly spread the fragrant pesto all over the par-baked crust, leaving a small border around the edges.
  • Layer the torn pieces of mozzarella over the pesto, followed by halved cherry tomatoes as ornaments. Finish with a sprinkle of grated parmesan.
  • After baking, brighten up your pizza with fresh basil leaves, a yellow bell pepper star on top, and optional rosemary sprigs around the base.
  • Pop the pizza back into the oven and bake until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

Notes

Serve with a side salad for a fresh contrast. Prepare the dough and toppings in advance for a stress-free feast.
