  • 2 tablespoon Butter unsalted preferred
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar for rolling

Instructions

How to Make Christmas Truffles

  • Start by finely chopping your cranberries and pistachios.
  • In a double boiler, gently melt the white chocolate along with the butter and heavy cream, stirring until smooth.
  • Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the chopped cranberries and pistachios.
  • Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature, then transfer to the fridge for 2-3 hours.
  • Once chilled, scoop out portions of the mixture and roll them into 1-inch balls.
  • Roll each truffle in powdered sugar until fully coated.
