How to Make Crispy Gnocchi with Spinach and Feta

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the gnocchi and cook according to the package instructions, letting them float to the top (about 2-3 minutes). Use a slotted spoon to remove and drain.
  • In a large frying pan over medium-high heat, heat the olive oil. Add the gnocchi in a single layer and allow them to cook undisturbed for about 2-3 minutes until they are golden brown. Flip to crisp the other sides for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • Lower the heat to medium and add the minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Toss in the fresh spinach and stir it until it wilts, approximately 2-3 minutes.
  • Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Gently toss in the crumbled feta cheese until everything is beautifully combined. Serve warm and enjoy!
