Instructions

How to Make

  • In a skillet, fry ½ pound of bacon over medium-high heat until crispy, about 8-10 minutes. Remove the bacon and leave the grease in the pan.
  • Add 2 dozen halved Brussels sprouts to the skillet, stir to coat with bacon grease, cover, reduce heat to medium-low, and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Return the crispy bacon to the pan, uncover, and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes until Brussels sprouts are tender and golden brown.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste, mix well, and serve hot.
