Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Peppermint Extract use sparingly
  • 1 cup Whipped Topping homemade is a great substitute

Coating Ingredients

  • 8 oz White Chocolate can swap with milk or dark chocolate
  • ½ cup Crushed Peppermint Candies for crunch and festive flair

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until it’s super smooth. Gradually mix in the powdered sugar and peppermint extract until everything is well combined and creamy.
  • Gently fold the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Scoop out the mixture and roll it into small balls. Place them on a parchment-lined tray.
  • Refrigerate the bites for about 60 minutes.
  • Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Dip each cheesecake bite in the melted chocolate, then roll in the crushed peppermint candies.
  • Return the coated bites to the fridge for about 30 minutes to set.
