How to Make Baked Stuffed Artichokes

  • Begin by trimming and halving each artichoke. Carefully remove the inner choke to make room for the delicious stuffing.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, minced garlic, olive oil, melted butter, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well incorporated.
  • Generously fill each artichoke half with the flavorful breadcrumb mixture, pressing down slightly to pack it in.
  • Place the stuffed artichokes in a baking dish and pour in the broth or water. Cover the dish with foil and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 40-50 minutes, until the artichokes are tender and the filling is golden.
  • Allow the baked stuffed artichokes to cool slightly before serving.
